Welcome to Vida Springs Church! We are a Bible-based, non-denominational Christian church in Gainesville, Florida. We are multi-ethnic and multi-generational, made up of students and professionals, singles, married couples, and families. Our Sunday service is casual and friendly with meaningful worship music, applicable teaching from the Bible, and a safe, fun kids’ program.
In the summer of 2016, a group of 48 people from Lafayette, Indiana moved to Gainesville, Florida to help start Vida Springs Church. The team was sent out from Clear River Church, which is part of a relational network of churches with a mission to plant healthy churches in other cities and nations.
Our Name
Our name, Vida Springs Church, comes from Revelation 21:6, which reads “To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment.” The word “Vida” is Spanish for “life”. Our desire is that as people come to Vida Springs, they would experience the meaningful, satisfying, true life that springs up from having a relationship with God through his son Jesus.
